Fine distilled spirits from our family distillery

Being one of the oldest wineries in the Markgraeferland, we have preserved the distilling tradition and produce classic spirits.  Many years of experience and stringent expectations regarding fruit origin and quality create a sound base for our fine distillates. Our Schwarzwälder Kirschwasser is produced from ecologically friendly cherries grown on our Estate and we carefully select the grapes for our brandy.  Lees from our freshly fermented Pinot Noir is used to produce our Hefebrand (lees spirit) and grape pomace from our Gewuerztraminer is the base for our aromatic Trester spirit.
